Emma is already an adult, but she was born in the heart of the province of Álava, from cereal grain alcohol without genetic manipulation and pure spring water.
Emma is brewed in a copper alembic dating from 1880 in the oldest distillery in Spain, being macerated with wild juniper from the northern forests and a selection of herbs that make it unique.
Prestige, as a superlative level of success, is the currency that few can buy, an advantage that this distillery has today. But a second factor that reinforces it intervenes in its formula, combining that passion with which a family has maintained artisanal manufacturing systems with cutting-edge technology, which streamlines and facilitates parts of the process, but at the same time maintains the purity of natural distillates and free from genetic manipulation.
