After selecting the regions where to put a focus on, we contact our network of importers to start presenting our Partner Wineries and understand the scope of business in the region.
BRANDING & DESIGN
We make sure the designs and branding fits within the regions interested and transparently transmit the feedback to the producers for them to take data-driven decisions.
When we conversate with our Importers, we agree on a certain volume and Pricing given that they like the wines. Samples are being sent from the wineries them samples to ensure the product approval and that meets the client´s standards.
MUTUAL CLOSE PLAN
Once branding, product, pricing and volumes are agreed, we set up a mutual close plan to see where and when they would need the products and evaluate transportation costs in case the relationship established is not as a Ex-Works incoterm.
SUCCESS FOLLOW UP
Once the product reaches the region, we analyze the Key Performance Metrics by which an importer defines a product as successful in terms of rotation or fit within different sales channels: off-trade, on-trade and online.
