Food pairing: For desserts, to put an end of a great meal or to enjoy it during the snack-time. Its elegance made it ideal for tasting with more sophisticated dishes, such as strong-aromatic blue- cheeses or foie.
Serving Temperature: 17º to fully enjoy it.
