100% Zalema (native grape almost exclusively found in Condado de Huelva)
60 year old vines in clay and loam soils.
Fermented at 15º in stainless steel tanks for 26 days in it’s own yeasts.
8 month oxidative aging in french barrels.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5º
Total sulphur dioxide: <29mg/L
Smell: Pastries, banana, coconut, grapefruit
Taste: Powerful, envolving, dry, with a lot of structure, saline.
