Composition:
100% Zalema (native grape almost exclusively found in Condado de Huelva)
60 year old vines in clay and loam soils.
Elaboration:
Fermented at 15º in stainless steel tanks for 26 days in it’s own yeasts.
Ageing:
7 month oxidative aging in french barrels.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5º
Total sulphur dioxide: <3mg/L
TASTING NOTES:
Look: Gold.
Smell: Ripe white fruit, citrics, liquorice notes.
Taste: Unctuous, oily, silky, with an elegant mid palate and a long, saline finish
