100% Zalema (native grape almost exclusively found in Condado de Huelva)
60 year old vines in clay and loam soils.
Elaboration:
Fermented at 15º in stainless steel tanks for 15 days in it’s own yeasts.
Bottled where it finishes fermeting, obtaining it’s fine bubbles
Alcoholic strength: 12º
Total sulphur dioxide: <3mg/L
Format: 37,5 cl
TASTING NOTES:
Look: Gold.
Smell: Subtle and elegant, white flowers, pineapple.
Taste: Fresh and complex with bakery hints.
