TASTING NOTES:
Look: Pale yellow colour with slight golden highlights.
Persistent and good release of tiny bubbles rising in
trains and forming a crown of mousse.
Smell: First impression: pleasant, powerful and fine. Then
fruity aromas with hints of ageing are distinguished.
Taste: In the mouth it is nice, fresh and persistent, with
fruity, round and complex aftertaste due to the
aging in bottle.
Balanced, harmonious and frank. Very good
persistence.
