Fermented at 15º in stainless steel tanks for 26 days in it’s own yeasts.

Total sulphur dioxide: 70mg/L
TASTING NOTES:
Look: shiny pale yellow with metallic reflections
Smell: aroma mainly of fruit such as banana and stone fruit (apricot, peach), to a lesser extent white flowers (honey), vegetables (hay), and minerals).
Taste: Pleasant mouthfeel, high acidity, slight bitterness, high body and persistence.
