50% Syrah & 50% Petit Verdot
Elaboration:
A 50/50 coupage, between the aromatic syrah and the appreciated petir verdot, both grown in our vineyards, achieved after spending eight months in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Ageing:
8 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Alcoholic strength: 14º
Total sulphur dioxide: 76mg/L
TASTING NOTES:
Look: Garnet red with violet rims
Smell: Aromas of black fruits and raspberry, hints of China ink, with smoky touches at the beginning
Taste: On the palate it is fine, with a certain saline touch at first that decreases as it oxygenates, leaving an elegant round wine with flavors of ripe black fruit.
