Fermented at 15º in stainless steel tanks for 26 days in it’s own yeasts.
Alcoholic strength: 11,3º
Total sulphur dioxide: 40mg/L
Look: Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
Smell: On the nose medium intensity. Mild tropical aromas like pineapple, strawberry or green mango and white stone fruit like apricot.
Taste: Good acidity, well defined and pleasant. slight saline touch, slight vegetable greenness, somewhat unctuous. Very balanced and medium aftertaste.
