Result of firstly biological ageing and then oxidative. This oxidative appears due to the natural alcoholic concentration, making the flower veil (lees) disappear, giving leeway to the oxidative ageing.
Alcoholic strength: 17,5º
Look: Amber in colour.
Smell: Intense aroma of hazelnut.
Taste: Pleasant entry into the mouth and long aftertaste.
