NEEDS ASSESSMENT & AVAILABILITY
Our job is to understand our importers partner needs in order to provide them the most tailored solution. Our wineries range from natural wines with no sulphites or orange wines for e-commerce, wine shops or horeca distribution to organic wines with significant volume to enter supermarkets.
Once the wines have been chosen, we check they are available in the destination market and in case there is an exclusivity signed we could propose alternative brands or designs.
PRICE AGREEMENT & SAMPLES
Once the wines and labels are chosen and the desired volume is defined, we agree on the ex-works prices and payment conditions. If the importer does not count on their own logistical means, we can provide quotations for the different incoterms and decide which option is best in every case.
When the wine prices are confirmed, we send samples so the buying team can evaluate the liquids according to their criteria.
PRODUCT FEEDBACK & LAUNCH
Once the importer has agreed the wine corresponds to their expectations, we decide a launch date and plan backwards the previous actions needed.
