THE WINEYARD
Six plots, with sandy and limestone loam soils, house the 45,000 vines of Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon spread over 10.52 hectares. Planted between 1,250 and 1,300 meters above sea level, giving life to original wines that show the character of this land.
OUR METHOD
In 2005 we made our first harvest, putting into practice years of testing for the production of organic wine. The wines that we present are made with grapes from our estate, harvested during the night at the best moment of maturation.
These are the bases to establish our own production method, that the only thing we intend is to present wines made exclusively with our own grapes.
What is clear is that ecological protocols with less invasive methods are so mutch different from traditional ones.
Here we present wines that are shown as they are, and if we decide to consume we must know some of their most outstanding aspects.
